    Our handknit bags are lightweight because of the unique yarn we use. We developed the tiktak yarns to give our bags form and strength. By handknitting, not only do we celebrate a legacy skill but we also make sure that what we make will last for a very long time.

  • Manual Knit

    Manual Knitters are the heart and soul of the Handflat Knitting Sector. They interpret a designer's vision by turning it into a graph. The graph is a set of numbers and instructions. When followed correctly, a beautiful fabric is made. Jerseys, ribs, stripes, pointelles and cables are but a few of the beautiful stitches and patterns made by knitters.

  • Computer Knitting

    Computer Knitting using CAD enables us to create intricate geometric designs in jacquard and intarsia. All our Legacy Patterns tell a story - ours. Our generation's experiences are different from those of our ancstors'. This imprint of our particular time and journey is recorded in our textiles, particularly in our Multiway Shawls.
